Export 3 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Chop up any bigger dried fruit (e.g. dates or dried apricots) into small bits of around 1 inch each.
Step 2
Thread it all through some long skewers and make sure to squish them close at the end of the skewer. I used 1 dried date and 1 prune for each skewer, alternating the bits when threading them.
Step 3
In a small bowl, melt the chocolate in the microwave and place the ground nuts in another small plate.
Step 4
Dip/roll the skewers with the fruit in the chocolate until it’s all covered, then roll them again in the nuts.
Step 5
Leave them to dry up on a plate for an hour (or 15 minutes in the fridge if you are in a hurry or your house is particularly warm).
