Step 1

Step 2
Insert butterfly whisk. Add egg white and cook 1 min/65°C/speed 4 , without measuring cup. Scrape egg whites off the blades with spatula, then cook for a further 1 min/65°C/speed 4, without measuring cup. Remove butterfly whisk.
Step 3
Add fruit and start Blend /1 min, with aid of spatula, until a creamy consistency.
Step 4
Re-insert butterfly whisk. Mix 1 min/speed 4 or until soft, smooth consistency. Remove butterfly whisk. Serve immediately or place into a freezable container and store in the freezer until ready to serve.
