Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 F degrees.
Step 2
Set the cookie dough out to soften while making the fudge.
Step 3
Combine chocolate chips, butter, and sweetened condensed milk in a sauce pan and stir often over medium heat.

Continue stirring until the chocolate chips are completely melted and the ingredients are well combined.
Step 5
Remove from heat and add the vanilla and stir until well combined.
Step 6
Set the fudge aside and allow to sit for 15 minutes.
Step 7
Prepare a 13 x 9 pan by covering the bottom and sides in foil.
Step 8
Spray the foil with non-stick oil spray.
Step 9
Press 2/3 to 3/4 of the cookie dough evenly into the bottom of the pan.
Step 10
Spread the fudge over the cookie dough in the pan.
Step 11
Break apart the rest of the cookie dough and drop over the fudge.
Step 12
Bake for 28-30 minutes, until the cookie dough on top is golden brown.
Step 13
Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
