Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Line a baking pan (see note) with parchment paper. Place all ingredients in a food processor or high-powered blender. Blend until smooth. A food processor will work better for this recipe. If your blender isn't able to process the ingredients, 1/4-1/2 cup of unsweetened non-dairy milk may be added.Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 35 minutes. Cool completely. Cut into small squares.
