Step 1

Preheat oven to 425

Step 2

Arrange 6 pieces of bacon on top of a wire rack set inside a foil-lined baking sheet. The wire rack allows excess fat to drain as the bacon cooks, resulting in a slightly crispier bite. If you don't own one a rack- you can skip this step

Step 3

Cook bacon for 15-18 minutes

Step 4

Meanwhile while the bacon is cooking saute 1 lb ground beef and seasonings in a skillet. Drain any excess fat off and set aside

Step 5

Place 5 frozen tots in each muffin cup. Bake for 10 minutes

Step 6

Take muffin tin out of the oven and spray the bottom of a small glass with cooking spray. Use the bottom of the glass and press potatoes down in the center of each cup to create an indention we can fill

Step 7

Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of kosher salt over the potatoes

Step 8

Add 1 Tbsp of cheese to each cup and bake for 15 minutes until the edges are brown and crispy

Step 9

Meanwhile mix up the scrumptious sauce

Step 10

Once the tator tots are cooked, cripsy and out of the oven add a pickle chip to each cup

Step 11

Fill each cup with 1 mounded Tbsp Burger Meat

Step 12

Top with shredded lettuce

Step 13

Drizzle the sauce over the lettuce

Step 14

Finish with a sprinkle of crumbled bacon

Step 15

Serve hot
