Preheat the oven to 425 degrees and position a rack in the center of the oven.

To the bowl of a food processor add the cream cheese, ricotta, sour cream and 1 teaspoon oregano. Puree until smooth. Add 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup chopped sundried tomatoes, and 1/2 cup diced salumi and pulse just to combine. Spoon the mixture into a 9-inch pie plate or baking dish and spread evenly. Sprinkle with the remaining 1/4 cup tomatoes, 1/4 cup salumi, 1/4 teaspoon oregano and 1/2 cup mozzarella. Bake until warmed through, 8 to 10 minutes. Switch to high broil and broil until the top is lightly browned and the cheese is fully melted, another 4 minutes. Allow the dip to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Step 3
Serve with pita chips, chunks of bread or vegetables for dipping.
