Cut the baguette into about 1 cm slices but not cutting it all through (see image for reference) It looks like hassle back potato at this point.

Add softened butter, garlic and chopped parsley to a bowl and mix to combine

spread each layer of the baguette slices with garlic parsley butter. spread the remaining garlic butter over the bread. Wrap it in a foil, transfer to a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until crispy to preference. Serve immediately
