Step 1
Cut the chicken and pat dry with paper towels. Add to a bowl with the flour, Italian seasoning, onion powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Toss until the meat is well coated, and set aside.
Step 2
Warm the oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces in a single layer, leaving some space between each (work in batches, if needed).

Cook until the meat is golden brown on the bottom, about 3 minutes. Flip the chicken and cook for 2 minutes longer.
Step 4
Add the remaining butter, garlic, and parsley. Stir well and cook for 1-2 more minutes or until the chicken reaches 165°F internally.
Step 5
Season to taste with additional salt and pepper if needed. Serve the garlic butter chicken bites hot.
