Step 1

Add the chicken thighs to a medium sized bowl.

Step 2

Season the chicken with the garlic granules, onion powder, all purpose seasoning, thyme, parsley, black pepper and pink salt.

Step 3

Add the olive oil to a medium sized frying pan on medium heat.

Step 4

Add the chicken and proceed to pan sear (brown) it, this should take several minutes.

Step 5

Once seared, remove the chicken from the frying pan and set aside.

Step 6

In the same frying pan, add the dairy free butter and garlic.

Step 7

Proceed to saute the garlic until soft and translucent.

Step 8

Add the chicken broth, garlic and orange juice.

Step 9

Stir so all of the ingredients are combined and the thickens up (this will take several minutes to achieve.

Step 10

Add the pieces of chicken to the sauce.

Step 11

Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5-10 minutes, basting the chicken with the sauce occasionally.

Step 12

Do a taste test and add pink salt, if needed then serve accordingly.
