Step 1

Label your freezer bag with the name of the recipe, cooking instructions, and “use-by” date. (Three months from when you prepped the meal.)

Step 2

Add all ingredients except broth to the freezer bag.

Step 3

Carefully remove as much air as possible, seal and freeze for up to three months.

Step 4

Add meal to crockpot and top with broth.

Step 5

Cook on “low” setting for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-6 hours.

To Cook in Instant Pot

Step 7

Sauté 5 minutes. Flip over.

Step 8

Add broth.

Step 9

Pressure cook 25 minutes. Natural release.

Step 10

Separate the meat if it is stuck together.
