½ cup butter softened1 tablespoons minced parsley (or 1-2 teaspoons dried)3 cloves garlic minced1 cup fresh grated Mozzarella cheese½ cup fresh grated sharp cheddar cheese½ cup fresh grated Parmesan Cheese10 slices Texas Toast bread (or other thick sliced white bread)

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.

Step 2

Stir together softened butter, minced garlic and 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley. Spread evenly on each slice of bread and arrange on the baking sheet. In a small bowl combine cheese then sprinkle evenly on top of the bread.

Step 3

Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bread is golden around the edges.

Step 4

Optional: Turn onto broil for 30-60 seconds to brown the cheese.
