Step 1

Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Cook onions in it for 2 to 3 minutes.

Add spinach.

Stir and cook spinach for another 2 minutes or until it starts to wilt. Add garlic and cook everything for a minute.

Stir in cream cheese, salt, black pepper, and cook it all until it's creamy and there are no lumps.

Let it boil until thick, stirring.
