It would be really helpful to know the amount of pasta that works best with this recipe instead of having to guess. Half pound? Pound? The sauce to pasta ratio is important and can make or break a pasta dish. Obviously, the amount can be altered according to taste, but it would be very helpful to have a baseline (and odd for a recipe platform such as TOH to exclude it). Can anyone who has already made this recipe make a suggestion?

Substituted crushed red pepper when I realized we were out of cayenne. Served with spaghetti squash. So good!

Delicious! Very easy to make. I only added a little more cayenne buecause we like spicy. otherwise, I didn't change a thing.

This is a great dish! I added more cayenne and fresh italian parsley from my garden and yummy, yummy, yummy!  Fabulous!!!!

WOW!!!  This was such a great, simple, easy recipe!  I cut this in half for just my husband and I and it wasn't a problem.  I used spaghetti as the pasta.  I think next time I'll try thin spaghetti.  I only used a pinch of cayenne because I didn't want it to be spicy.  I also used dry parsley instead of fresh, making sure to do the proper conversion.  The lime juice was NOT overpowering whatsoever, it was the perfect amount.  My husband and I devoured this.  I will DEFINITELY make this again!

I have made this multiple times. My boyfriend loves it! I usually cut back a little on the butter and substitute olive oil. It has a good spice without being overbearing.

Love love love this recipe.  Easy to put together and the whole family loves it.  Nothing left over.

This is a great simple dinner to make and tastes delicious.  I will probably cut down on the butter a bit next time, but very yummy!

One of my husband's favorite dishes! I even make this for company. I recommend using fresh shrimp... and don't overcook them or they'll be tough! Cook them just until their pink... only 2-3 minutes. Of course, adding a little extra butter or garlic never hurts though:)

Really easy and flavourful. Plus, it’s flexible - you can sub oil for the butter and throw in extra veggies.

I have made this many many times and each time my family loves it! I did, however, roast a pint of grape tomatoes and toss them in at the end.  Delicious!!!

very good!  a simple and quick meal. would probably only use 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper next time i make it - 1/2 tsp was a bit too much for my preference.
