Steps Bring a pot of salted water to the boil.Cook pasta.Cook pasta in boiling water for about 12 minutes or until tender. Drain andreturn to pot with a drizzle of oil to prevent sticking. Prep & cook prawns.Pat prawns dry and season. Heat a drizzle of oil in a fry-pan on high heat.Cook prawns and garlic with 3/4 tsp salt for about 3 minutes, until starting tobrown. Add cherry tomatoes and stock and cook for about 3 minutes, untilcherry tomatoes soften. Season to taste. To finish.Add butter, lemon juice and spinach to prawns, stir to combine and season totaste. Fold prawns through pasta. Prep lemon. Serve pasta and prawns with a lemon wedge.
