Making sure your shrimp is very dry, toss to coat in the ranch seasoning mix and season with black pepper.
Step 2
In a large skillet set over medium-high heat, melt the butter. Add the shrimp, and cook for about two minutes per side, until slightly golden.

Add the lemon juice and white wine into the pan, and cook for about a minute to burn off some of the alcohol. Stir in the garlic ranch dressing and sauté until warmed through, a couple minutes more.
Step 4
Garnish with freshparsley and some grated parmesan cheese, if desired. Serve warm.
