Ingredients: 1 package (11-1/4 ounces) frozen garlic Texas toast; 1/2 cup pizza sauce; 1 package (3-1/2 ounces) sliced regular or turkey pepperoni; 2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

Garlic Toast Pizzas

(3-1/2 ounces) sliced regular or turkey pepperoni

mozzarella cheese

So easy!  I added some Italian seasoning on top of the sauce and on top of the cheese before baking.  I like crushed red pepper flakes on mine as well.

I fry and drain Italian sausage and add to the other ingredients.  Also, top with chopped green pepper and onion.  Before adding toppings, I toast both sides under the broiler.  While the toast is still frozen, I scrape some of the garlic butter off because it is too much to our taste.  Very good!

I forgot to add that I sprinkle Penzey's  brand of Frozen Pizza Seasoning on top before baking.

The only changes I made were using sliced mozzarella instead of shredded, just because I had it on hand; and putting pepperoni on top to crisp up.  I also suggest flipping  halfway through cooking time, as stated on package directions, for even crispiness.  These  little guys are AMAZING!  Quick and easy delicious treat!  No doubt I’ll be making these again, and often!

Oh... my... gosh... ! !  This was outstanding!!  Even my finicky mother-in-law loved this!!

These were a big hit for the teenager's sleepover. The boys went through two boxes of texas garlic toast, and asked if I had more! I enjoy different takes on simple pizza. Can't believe I never thought of using garlic toast before! Thanks for the idea.

I used this recipe with my young 4-H foods kids.  This is a simple recipes easy for young kids.  You could certainly spruce this up for more sophisticated tastes.

Enjoyed by my teenagers, quick and easy for them to prepare.  One of them said not as good as a pizza crust but still gobbled it up!

I use this easy recipe as a rescue dinner. It is so fast and easy and equally delicious. I add a salad and dinner is done in no time.My husband and 6 year old request it weekly. Thank you for the recipe.

A quick lunch for the family!  I liked that is used a small handful of ingredients, all which are staples in my pantry.

Great way to let kids help make dinner.  Work well on the grill, too, so you don't have to turn on the oven in the summer.
