Step 1
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, until pink and slightly curled. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.

To the same skillet, add the white wine, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes. Bring to a boil and reduce by half, stirring occasionally.
Step 4
Once the sauce has reduced, add the shrimp back to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper to taste, and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Step 6
Serve over linguine or spaghetti.
