Préparer tous les ingrédients. Pâte: faire fondre le beurre dans une casserole à feu moyen.

Retirer la casserole de la plaque.

Ajouter un à un le reste des ingrédients.

À l'aide d'une spatule, mélanger jusqu'à l'obtention d'une pâte souple. Ne pas pétrir la pâte.

Foncer le moule beurré en pressant la pâte à la main. Piquer à l'aide d'une fourchette. Préchauffer le four à 220°C (air chaud/chaleur tournante 200°C).

Garniture: mélanger tous les ingrédients, verser sur le fond de pâte. Cuire 30-35 min tout en bas du four chaud.
