Step 1

Place all ingredients in blender and pulse until you reach a smooth-slightly-chunky texture.

Step 2

Flatten tablespoonfuls of dough onto a cookie sheet with the back of a spoon until about 1/2 inch thick.

Step 3

Place in the freezer while preparing the coating.

Step 4

Melt coconut oil over low heat.

Step 5

Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients.

Step 6

Dip/drizzle over frozen cookie dough until completely covered.

Step 7

Place back in the freezer until coating is hardened.

Step 8

Serve and enjoy! Will keep in the freezer for 7-14 days.
