Export 6 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Spread cookie dough out evenly on a well-greased 14" pizza pan. Bake at 350 for about 13-15 minutes or until the crust is just barely turning a light golden brown. Let cool completely.
Step 2
Use an electric mixer to beat the cream cheese, sour cream, vanilla and powdered sugar together until smooth. Spread on top of the cooled crust.
Step 3
Arrange the fresh strawberries on top of the cream cheese layer and then top with the glaze. Refrigerate until ready to serve. (You may want to make the glaze first so that it can be cooling while you make the crust.)
Step 4
Put the water, sugar and cornstarch in a small saucepan and heat over medium heat until the mixture is clear and thick. Add the Jello and stir until well combined.
Step 5
Remove from heat and cool completely before pouring over the strawberries on the pizza. Enjoy!
