Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
In a mixing bowl mix together the wet ingredients.
Step 3
Add in the gluten-free flour, baking powder, baking soda and kosher salt. Mix just until combined. Fold in the chopped walnuts.

Spread half of the dough in a loaf pan. Add 1/2 of the apple cinnamon mixture evenly over the dough. Pour the remaining dough on top, followed by the remaining apple cinnamon mixture.
Step 5
Bake for 40-50 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
Step 6
In a small mixing bowl, add the ingredients for the apple cinnamon mixture, stir well and set aside.
