Step 1

First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray your donut pan with oil spray very well to keep the donuts from sticking.

Step 2

In a mixing bowl combine almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon, eggs, maple syrup and vanilla extract to form the donut batter. Use a whisk for this.

Step 3

Spoon about ¼ cup of the batter into each donut mold. Bake at 350 degrees F for 9-12 minutes.

Step 4

As the donuts are baking, make the cinnamon sugar mixture. Combine coconut sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Remove the donut pan from the oven when the donuts are done baking.

Step 5

Evenly sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture all over the top of the donuts right away. Sprinkle about ½ teaspoon over each donut and use the back of the spoon to rub it in.

Step 6

Allow the donuts to cool, remove from the donut pan and enjoy!
