Preheat the grill to medium high.
Step 2
Prepare the mix according to the package instructions, blending in the cheese, eggs, water and oil with a fork for a couple of minutes. Then use your hands to bring the dough together into a smooth ball.
Step 3
Divide dough into 5 or 6 equal pieces. With each piece, shape into a ball, then flatten to about 6 - 7 inch rounds (about 1/4 inch thick).
Step 4
Brush lightly with oil.
Step 5
Place each round onto the hot grill. Use a spatula to keep the dough from sticking to the grill. Grill for about 3 – 4 minutes on each side or until lightly browned.
Step 6
Remove from grill and cut each round into halves or quarters.
