Step 1

Whip the whipping cream stiff with 2 tbsp sugar.

Step 2

Stir the mascarpone together in bowl with 1 tsp vanilla extract and 125 gram icing sugar. Carefully fold in the whipping cream.

Step 3

Puree 200 gram of the strawberries with 2 tbsp icing sugar. Put the rest of the strawberries aside, you will use them for garnish.

Step 4

Dip half of the lady fingers in the orange juice and put them on the bottom of a dish.

Step 5

Divide half of the mascarpone mixture over it and spread the pureed strawberries on top.

Step 6

Dip the rest of the lady fingers in the orange juice and put them on the pureed strawberries.

Step 7

Spread the rest of the mascarpone mixture on top and garnish with the halved strawberries.

Step 8

Put the tiramisu in the fridge for 3-4 hours to set.

Step 9

Sprinkle with some more powdered sugar before serving.
