Export 4 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
In a large blender or food processor, mix the ingredients together until very well combined.
Step 2
Heat a lightly greased non-stick skillet or crepe pan over a medium to high heat.
Step 3
Pour ⅓ cup of batter into the skillet and swirl quickly to cover the base evenly.
Step 4
Cook for approximately 30 seconds on each side.
Step 5
Place on a plate, stacked on top of one another to cool (this keeps them pliable).
Step 6
Filled with your favourite filling, preferably a little protein and salad or vegetables. Some ideas are listed below.
Step 7
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for a few days, or freeze (separated by baking paper to prevent them sticking) for up to a month.
