Step 1

Preheat oven to 200C. Beat the eggs in a shallow bowl and set aside. Place flour in another bowl and set aside. Combine breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, paprika, salt and pepper and place in a third bowl and set aside.

Spray a large baking tray with cooking oil.

Step 3

Wash the chicken drumsticks and pat dry with paper towels.

Step 4

Working one at a time, dip each drumstick in the flour, then in egg, and then the breadcrumbs. Place on the prepared baking tray. Continue until all drumsticks have been coated.

Step 5

Spray the crumbed drumsticks with cooking spray. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
