Step 1
Spray a 9x13 inch baking pan with cooking spray and set aside.
Step 2
In a large nonstick pot, melt butter over medium heat.
Step 3
Once butter has melted, add in 15 ounces of marshmallows and melt until no lumps remain. Remove from heat.
Step 4
Pour the golden grahams in and stir to incorporate. Add the remaining marshmallows in and stir – the residual heat will melt it slight but also give the bars nice bigger melted chunks of marshmallows too.
Step 5
Stir in the chocolate chips.
Step 6
Pour out into the prepared baking pan and spray hands with cooking spray. Gently press mixture evenly into the baking pan but don’t press too hard as you don’t want it to be super tough.
Step 7
Let cool for at least 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
