Export 8 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
In a medium bowl, combine vanilla pudding mix and cinnamon. Add milk and whisk for 2-3 minutes or until pudding is thick. Set in refrigerator to chill while you prepare the remaining ingredients.
Step 2
In a food processor, add 24 white sandwich cookies and white chocolate chips and process until most of the cookies are crumbled (there will still be some chips visible).
Step 3
Pour cookies into a medium bowl and add melted butter. Stir until well combined.
Step 4
Pour cookie mixture into a 9x13-inch pan and press down. Set aside as you make the cream cheese mixture.
Step 5
In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, half of the cool whip, and confectioners' sugar. Blend until smooth.
Step 6
Pour the cream cheese mixture over crust and spread to edges.
Step 7
Top the cream cheese mixture with the remaining cookies.
Step 8
Pour the cinnamon pudding on top of the cookies and top with remaining cool whip.
Step 9
Top with white chocolate curls for garnish. (I purchased mine at Walmart)
Step 10
Refrigerate until you are ready to serve.
