Step 1

Melt your butter in a microwave-safe dish with a pinch of dried or fresh thyme.Spread or brush the melted butter on one side of each slide of bread.

Step 2

Spread the raspberry jam on the other halves, then top with shredded apple slices and sliced Brie.Top with the other bread slices, buttered side out.

Step 3

Heat a large non-stick pan on medium heat. Add the sandwiches, butter side down, to the hot pan, and let cook on each side for about 3-5 minutes before flipping, or until bread is crispy and golden. (If your Brie isn't melting enough, you can cover the pan with a lid to trap more heat)

Step 4

Cut in half, serve hot, and enjoy!
