Step 1
Place potatoes in a large pot and cover with salted cold water by 1 inch. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and cook until tender, 15-20 minutes. Drain.
Step 2
Mash potatoes until no lumps remain. Stir in butter, milk, salt, and pepper, until smooth. Add cream cheese and onion dip and mix well.
Step 3
Transfer potatoes to a greased 2 1/2 qt baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 8 hours and up to overnight.
Step 4
When ready to bake, preheat oven to 350°F. Remove potatoes from refrigerator 30 minutes prior to baking.
Step 5
Uncover and bake until heated through, 50-60 minutes. Enjoy!
