Step 1

Preheat oven to 275 degrees.

Step 2

Melt the Coconut Oil, Brown Sugar, Honey and Molasses in a small sauce pan. Don't simmer or boil, just melt and then take off heat.

In food processor or vitamix chop the Almonds, Flax Seed, Bran and 1 cup Oats. Chop till chunky but not smooth, we want texture, just not too big.

Step 4

In a large bowl mix our chopped mixture with the rest of the oats (1 cup), Cinnamon, and Salt.

Step 5

Add the sugar and oil mixture and stair until combined.

Step 6

In a small bowl take 1 egg white and whisk with a fork or small whisk until frothy. Add to the granola.

Step 7

Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper. Spread the mixture on baking sheet evenly.

Step 8

Bake for 30 minutes at 275 degrees. Do not stir, just leave alone.

Step 9

Let cool completely before braking apart. Once cooled brake in to bite size pieces with your hands. At this point you can add any raisins or any other dried fruit. Store in a air tight contain in your pantry for up to 6 months.
