Step 1
Add all ingredients, (except for the soda water) to a cocktail shaker.
Step 2
Shake with ice for about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Step 3
Strain out into cocktail glasses.
Step 4
Add 2 oz of soda water to each glass, and stir.
Step 5
Garnish with a slice of grapefruit and a sprig of Thyme.
Step 6
Enjoy.
