In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, black pepper, and paprika.

Add chicken, tossing to coat. Let marinate for 30 minutes (or up to 8 hours in the fridge).

Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat.

Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through (internal temp 165°F/75°C).

Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice.
