Greek Chicken Marinade

onion powder

garlic powder

basil

oregano

black pepper

olive oil

lemon juice

Combine onion powder, garlic powder, basil, oregano, and pepper in a small bowl. Whisk in olive oil and lemon juice.


Very tasty, and I liked the tang from the lemon juice, but it was missing salt, which I felt was needed to bring out the flavors. I marinated some chicken thighs for about an hour, and they turned out great roasted in the oven.

We loved it and it is great for our low sodium diet!
