Greek Pork Chops

olive oil

lemon juice

Worcestershire sauce

oregano

salt

onion powder

garlic powder

pepper

mustard

pork loin chops (3/4 inch thick and 4 ounces each)

22g protein. Diabetic Exchanges: 3 lean meat

Fantastic, every time. Only way we grill our chops now. Still very flavorful if you forget to start them early and only get a few hours of marinating time.

Made this the other night and OMG, amazing!! My husband is not a huge fan of pork, as he finds it always dry... but not this one, super flavourful and moist, will be making for company this weekend!

Delicious! We grilled these chops for 80+ people at a RV Rally and everyone asked for the recipe! We've also used this marinate on chicken wings and air fried them that was fabulous too! For a slightly different flavor substitute basil for oregano. Thank you Geri for sharing this recipe!

What a wonderful way to cook pork chops ! My oven cooks fast,so 375° for 25 min,then a quick 5 min under the broiler..Outside brown and shiny,inside moist and tender...Num Num !!

This is a really tasty and easy way to marinate pork chops, not too many ingredients. It's more a paste than a traditional marinade, but it keeps the chops super moist. I cooked ours for four minutes in a George Foreman grill, and they came out perfect.

I mixed up all the ingredients exactly as recipe states except that I only had 1 ½  lbs of pork tenderloin pieces cut 1 " thick. I pushed them down into a ziplock bag with the marinade in it and was not able to grill the meat until 2 days later. It was EXCELLENT. Hubby loved it and said "if you want to fix this every night it's ok with me". I would next time cut the salt back to maybe ¾ of a teaspoon (instead of 1 t) and I would cut the lemon back to 3 teaspoons (instead of 4). Maybe because I marinated it longer than stated it was just a tad too much lemon and salt. I WILL DEFINETLY make this again and I will let it marinate for 2 days as well. Thanks for the recipe TH

The only change I made to the recipe was to omit mustard, neither of us like it. The flavor of this is great, it's spicy though. If you can handle some heat in your food you'll probably enjoy this. This will be made again, my husband loved it!

These pork chops are fantastic!  I myself am not a fan of pork chops, but these certainly changed my mind!  So easy to prepare and so moist and delicious!  I also used rather thin chops, but as stated above, they were perfect, not dry in any way...highly recommend this recipe!!!!!

PS. With a recipe like this, who needs to go to a restaurant! :)

What a great flavor these pork chops have with this marinade. I did add an additional teaspoon of lemon juice. Marinading them overnight is key to a tasty, tender outcome. The seasonings blended very well but did not overcome the flavor of the chop.

These pork chops came out absolutely heavenly. They were full of beautiful flavor. I don't believe the recipe makes enough marinade and I had doubled it right off the start.  I think that would have been fine for 4 pork chops, but I was making  something like 8 chops, so I had to quadruple the marinade recipe. Other than that easy fix, so delicious!

Delicious!  My husband grilled the pork tonight and it came out tender and juicy.  The flavor was excellent.  Definitely a keeper!

Excellent Greek inspired recipe. I had 5 chops-  1/2 inch bone in Pork chops. My Husband does not eat onion  so I used 2 Tsp. of garlic powder instead of one tsp. each of onion and garlic powder . I cut the pepper down to  1/8 tsp to suit my Family's tastes  and omitted the mustard powder as I did not have it on hand.  Wonderfully moist  and flavorful.  A keeper recipe.
