Step 1
Pour 1 cup broth into Instant Pot. Add in the chicken. Sprinkle chicken with rotisserie chicken seasoning.

Cover Instant Pot and secure the lid. Make sure valve is set to sealing. Set the manual/pressure cook button to 12 minutes for fresh chicken or 15 minutes for frozen chicken. When time is up let the pot sit for 10 minutes and then move valve to venting. Remove the lid.

Transfer chicken to a chopping board and shred or chop (remove bones and skin if using bone-in chicken). Add chicken to a mixing bowl.

Add lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, pepper and salt in with the chicken. Toss. Set chicken aside.
