Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender.

Blend until smooth or you have reached your desired consistency. If you prefer texture, you may reserve 1/3 of cucumber to dice and stir it into mixture after blending.
Step 3
Place blended mixture in a container with a lid or cap and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Best when refrigerated for at least 30 minutes.
