Step 1

In a medium-sized bowl

Step 2

combine Greek yogurt and sugar substitute.

Step 3

Line an 8 " x 8" baking dish with non-stick foil. Spread Greek yogurt in an even layer in the bottom of the baking dish.

Step 4

Sprinkle the Red Berry Crunchy O's Cereal on top of the yogurt.

Step 5

Freeze for 4 to 5 hours or overnight

Step 6

until bark is hard.

Step 7

Break bark with a sharp knife into smaller pieces. Store leftovers in freezer-safe bags or containers in the freezer.
