This healthy chicken salad recipe uses Greek yogurt instead of mayo so it's lighter in calories, but still loaded with flavor from the grapes, celery, parsley and almonds.

Greek Yogurt Chicken Salad

chicken

grapes,

celery

red onion

plain Greek yogurt + more if needed

Tablespoons chopped salted almonds

Dijon mustard

parsley

pepper

sea salt

Add ingredients

Add chicken, grapes, chopped celery, onion, Greek yogurt, almonds, mustard, parsley, pepper and salt into a large bowl.

Toss to combine. Taste and add more yogurt, salt and pepper, if needed.

Serve

 Enjoy right away or chill before serving. Serve with crackers for a snack or appetizer, on bread or a wrap for a sandwich or over a bed of greens.

To store

Place salad in an airtight container in the fridge. The salad will keep for 3-5 days.

The dijon is subtle, so subtle you really can't taste it.

This was amazing! The only thing I will do differently next time is to add a few more grapes. The chopped salted almonds were a surprising crunch!

Great recipe, tasted amazing, yumm! For a variation for the next day’s serving, I also added a bit of rosemary which tastes really good with chicken salad, and also added diced walnuts which are really healthy ~thanks for such a great -and healthier recipe!
