Ingredients: 1 cup water; 1 cup spinach; 1 green apple, cored; 1/2 banana, peeled; ¼ avocado; 1/4 cup pineapple, frozen

Tangy green apple, creamy avocado, sweet pineapple. This refreshing apple smoothie makes for great pre-workout fuel. Or a splendid mid-afternoon plant-based pick-me-up.

Green Apple Smoothie

water

spinach

green apple, cored

banana, peeled

avocado

pineapple, frozen

Place water, spinach and apple in a blender. Blend until smooth.

Add banana, avocado and pineapple. Blend until creamy.

Would give this a 10/10 if I could. Love this recipe. It was very light and refreshing. Definitely will be my go to from now on. I used coconut milk instead of water and frozen avocado, which made it thick and creamy.

First time for me, I used pineapple juice as I had no fresh ones, lime juice, no avocado and it was delicious,  winner winner

Green Apple Smoothie was absolutely delicious! I love tart, it had the most creamiest texture, Home run!! will make it again. Btw doubled (2x) the recipe just for me!
