Ingredients: 1 cup spinach; 1/2 cup water; 1/2 orange; 1/2 cup grapes; 1/2 cup pineapple

This dreamy green grape smoothie is often called Citrus Crush in our challenges because it gets a vitamin c boost from the refreshing orange flavors.

Blend spinach, water orange until smooth.

Citrus crush was my favorite!  The grapes orange &amp; pineapple are perfect together!  This was so delicious &amp; I highly recommend!

If there was a way a way to put 5+ I would.

Unfortunately my husband ate the last orange so I had to substitute with peaches and apple. I was so looking forward to it. But it was still good. Oh well I will be continuing so I will have a chance to have it again.

I swapped the orange for mango due to a sensitivity, plus added 1 cup water. However the swap worked well. I really enjoyed this and will make it again.

Great day 10.  This was fun.  Great new recipes to try.  Will make several again as regulars.

I like this one the best so far. And it was so neat to go out in my front yard and get orange off our orange tree to put in it. This was a first for me, since I’m from New York!  it was very good and my husband and I really liked it. thank you.

This is a delicious dreamy smoothie.  I liked the smoothie challenge so much I'm going to start over tomorrow.

Day 10 Citrus Crush  Love Love Loved this smoothie.   Great citrusy flavor.

I found the smoothie quite thin so I added a banana  coconut flakes and chia seeds.  Also substituted cherries for grapes as grapes are very pricey right now and added cucumber for added hydration.  I am a Rawkstar, made it to day 10!

Honestly this one was not my favorite.  I was a bit surprised.  I really thought I would enjoy this on first sip.  I love every ingredient in this smoothie but I was surprised by the taste.  In the future, I may add something to this to get to something I like.

I really liked this smoothie, the last one of the 10 day challenge. I put in coconut water instead of water and very black grapes. Sort of had a tropical taste to it. A keeper for me

I'm doing this kind of late, but I wanted to get all of the Bingo squares filled and all I had left was to add Kale. I've searched all week for kale and every store I went to was out. I drove almost 2 hours each way to get the kale for this smoothie today and it was worth it. I really like it. I can taste the difference, it adds a little zing to it. The orange, grapes, and pineapple seem to blend into a tropical flavor. I really like it.

The green grape smoothie tasted okay. It has a nice citrus flavor which was sweet but just taste like the fruits went together good.

Adding grapes was a new for me but it was still good. Not my fav hit of make it again.

By far my favorite smoothie in this challange

I switched the grapes for blueberries because we had eaten all of them from the last recipe. But we also didn't like the other smoothie that included them. So, with blueberries this is delicious. Thanks for all the recipes that came with this challenge! I have enjoyed it and will continue to blend.

This was by far one of my favorites! So tangy! I love that in a smoothie! Adding citrus to my smoothies has always been so refreshing. One of my go to's has an orange, lime and lemon in it! SOOOO GOOD!

Still not a fan of the grapes, but love the other flavors.

I started the challenge on 4th Jan. This is definitely one of my favourites! I blended it yesterday as I had some grapes that needed eating. Will keep on blending and going for the plant based meals. I am feeling much better and the smoothies are helping to keep the unhealthy snacks at bay! Thank you for all the recipes in the challenge. I will go back and try the ones I missed.

Another wonderful smoothie....very refreshing...still have not tried all your smoothies yet, but so far have not found one we did not like...thank you.

What a great way to use up grapes. My family hates sour grapes so I use them my smoothie

Very refreshing and all notes complimented each other well... I actually blended mine using Gingerade Kombucha so it added a little kick.  I did a double batch so that I can have more of this tomorrow for a post-workout (long gravel ride) recovery drink.  Can't wait.

No organic grapes still at the stores here so did organic blueberries in place of the grapes.  I also added a coconut bomb to this today.  The flavor that the coconut bomb adds I think takes a bit away from the smoothie - so may add more fruit to off set the dominance of the coconut bomb next time I make it.  Good smoothie overall.

Last smoothie of the 10 day smoothie challenge. This is my fav! Although I have a lot of favorites. I subbed mango fir the grapes n added a whole banana. It’s was sweet, invigorating n delightful❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Tropical.  Orange forward.  Ginger would make a good addition.

Love the refreshing flavor of this combination of fruits.  I was not sure if I would enjoy this one but I really did and This one is a new favorite and go to.

I added vanilla bone broth protein shake and avocado to mine. This is my favorite.

This smoothie definitely needed something sweet to balance the sour taste.  Other than that the flavor was good.

Didn’t have grapes, so used peaches instead. It’s ok, not my favorite, but I’ll make it again when I have grapes!

Citrus is so refreshing! I like someone’s comment calling this smoothie “sunshine in a glass.” I didn’t have grapes. Added cucumber, pumpkin cubes and chia seeds.

This is hands down my favorite one! I love the citrus and pineapple combination. Though, in my guide it's called pineapple orange.

Had to sub cherries for grapes, but it was delicious. Just a bit on the sweet side. I liked it even more after I added an anti-inflammatory smoothie boost cube.

Substitution Notice: I used one teeny tiny clementine and papaya in lieu of orange. Surprisingly. I liked this one a lot better than I thought I would. In the past, when I used grapes, I could not taste the grape, and while it was subtle it was there this time. Perhaps because I did not overpower it with orange (and usually when I use oranges I add some zest, which really makes the orange stand out). No one fruit stood out and I think that is why I liked it.

I made it with kale, but I think it would be a 5 with spinach.  I also added flax seeds.

Anything with orange is my favorite. I leave the peel on!

I enjoyed this one, but just not a fan of grapes in a smoothie. 

This was on the sweeter side and super thick. I added a little water and this went down well.

Good combo of ingredients that taste good together. I add protein powder to my smoothies, and found that any recipes that call for just water never taste great. I think I would either omit the powder or add some type of plant based milk to help hide the flavor.

This one is sweet enough to use as an after-dinner treat!

This was a 10/10. Loved the citrus from the orange, loved the sweetness + tartness from the grapes, loved that it didn't have (or need) banana! I added collagen powder and chia seeds, and gulped it down.

This smoothie was alright, but I like pineapple and oranges so much, that I would prefer to just eat the fruit separately and have a spinach salad. I know that smoothies are an easy way to get multiple nutrients all at once, but there are other combinations that I prefer to this one for my smoothies.

I loved the tart sweetness from the mix of citrus and grapes. Definitely a favorite in my book!

Yummy!! We replaced water with coconut water, and oranges with mangos, because we were out of oranges. We also added coconut milk smoothie cubes! It was be tasty!

Green grapes are not my fav in a smoothie because of the texture p. Otherwise yummy!
