Step 1
In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients for marinade.
Step 2
Cut steak into pieces and add to a large resealable bag.
Step 3
Pour marinade over steak, seal bag and place in refrigerator to chill for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.
Step 4
Toss the vegetables with the oil and season them with garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Step 5
Remove steak from bag and discard marinade.
Step 6
Thread steak and vegetables onto skewers.
Step 7
Heat a grill over medium high heat (approximately 425 degrees F). Clean the grill grates and rub them with oil to keep the kabobs from sticking to the grates.
Step 8
Place kabobs onto a hot grill and cook for approximately 8-9 minutes, rotating the kabobs every 2-3 minutes, until the steak reaches an internal temperature for 140-145 degrees F.
Step 9
Remove from grill and serve immediately
