Step 1
Make a foil packet with bell peppers and all the other herbs except water. Drizzle with olive oil, wrap the foil paper tight and grill for 20 minutes on high heat or till veggies are char grilled.
Step 2
Take veggies and herbs out of foil paper alongside its juices. Place in a blender, add water and blitz to a rough paste.
Step 3
To veggie paste, add seasoning ingredients and mix.
Step 4
Pour ¾ of the marinade over chicken wings and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Set aside the rest of the marinade for later.
Step 5
Heat grill to medium heat and oil grill grates. Add wings and cook for 10 minutes on each side. It will take 20 minutes for the wings to be cooked through.
