Whisk everything together. Keep it aside.

Chop/divide bok choy into two parts.
Step 4
Wash them properly and dry with a paper or cloth towel.

Marinate them with all the marinade.

Keep them aside for marination.

Place a cast-iron pan or a grill pan on the gas stove.

When it's super hot place bok choy inside down first on the pan.
