Preheat grill to medium.

Soften butter.

Stir in honey, zest, spice, and chili flakes.

Press into a butter mold and place in the refrigerator.
Step 5
Wrap corn in wet paper towels and microwave for 8 minutes.
Step 6
Unwrap corn and place on the grill until char marks appear.
Step 7
Remove corn and plate.
Step 8
Top each cob with a pat of the butter.
Step 9
Serve warm.
