Export 7 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Scoop out the insides of the kiwis into a bowl. Use your hands (or a blender) to mash up the kiwi.
Step 2
Add all the other ingredients in the bowl with the kiwi, and mix well.
Step 3
Place the steak and marinade into a ziploc bag, or a dish covered with plastic wrap to marinate. Place the steak in the fridge for no less than 3½ hours, to no more than 5 hours.
Step 4
Remove the steak from the marinade and use a cloth to gently dab off any pieces of kiwi. If you end up wiping off too much of the juices, and it looks a little dry, add a bit of extra oil to the outside of the steak to prevent it from sticking to the grill.
Step 5
Heat the grill over high heat, or until the temp is sitting around 400°. Turn the heat to med-high Grill the steak for 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness is reached.
Step 6
Remove the steak from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes, then slice it thinly against the grain (for optimal tenderness!).
Step 7
Done!
