Export 4 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Grill heated to 350 to 400 degrees
Step 3
Put 3 1/2 cups of flour, baking powder and salt in a large mixing bowl and combine well. Add the oil and water and work into a thick gooey dough.
Step 5
Put half of the remaining flour on a large clean surface. Dump the dough on it, sprinkle some flour on top and begin kneading. Continue to sprinkle more of the remaining flour onto the surface and knead for at least 8-10 minutes.
Step 7
The dough should get more elastic and less sticky. If you need to add more flour, do so.
Step 9
Cut the dough into 12+ pieces. Take your hands and flatten out into randomly shaped pieces. Flatten them to about 1/4 inch thick. The thinner, the less cooking time.
Step 11
Coat the hot grill. Put several pieces on the grill and cook about 2 to 2 1/2 minutes. Check to see if there's any burning and if so, reduce the heat. Flip to the other side and cook another 2 to 2 1/2 minutes. When done, remove to a plate. Sprinkle with a few finishing sea salt flakes.
Step 13
Continue with all the dough that's flattened. Eat immediately! It's best hot!
