Step 1
Preheat grill on medium-high. Place the mushroom cups on a baking tray.
Step 2
Place the bacon, parsley, garlic and oil in a medium bowl and season with salt and pepper. Mix well. Spoon the mixture evenly into the mushrooms. Drizzle the mushrooms with the wine.
Step 3
Cook the mushrooms under preheated grill for 8 minutes or until the bacon is crisp and the mushrooms are slightly shrivelled around the edges. Place on a serving plate and serve immediately.
