2 lbs Salmon filet (thawed with skin on one side {for flavor})1 stick of Butter (Softened {½ cup})½ cup real Mayonnaise6 Garlic Cloves (finely minced)½ cup shredded Parmesan Cheese¼ tsp Oregano¼ tsp Basil1/8 tsp. of Salt {optional}1 Tbsp fresh squeezed Lemon Juice {optional}

Step 1

In a small mixing bowl, combine Butter, Mayo, Parmesan, Garlic, Oregano, Lemon Juice, Basil & Salt and stir well.

Step 2

Lay Salmon skin filet side down on sheet of aluminum foil and spoon sauce over Salmon, then loosely close up foil.

Step 3

Cook for approx. 10 minutes on Grill at 400 degrees {no need to flip}. Salmon will be done when meat flakes easily. Easy peasy, and no mess or lingering odors. Just incredible salmon deliciousness!
