Step 1
Preheat grill to high. Remove steak from the refrigerator about 20 minutes before grilling.
Step 2
Combine cilantro, mint, vinegar, honey, Greek yogurt, lime zest and juice, jalapeños, and salt and pepper to taste in a food processor — process until slightly smooth. While the food processor is running, drizzle in a few tablespoons of olive oil until it all comes together. It should be smooth when finished. Let sit at room temperature.
Step 3
Brush steaks on both side with avocado oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill steak until charred on both sides and cooked to medium-rare doneness, about 4 minutes per side.
Step 4
Remove from the grill, let rest on a cutting board for 5 minutes before cutting into thin slices across the grain. Spoon the cilantro mint sauce over the slices and serve.
